No-One Left Behind is part of Derry City Council's Arts and Regeneration project which is funded by the Arts Council of Northern Ireland National Lottery Fund.

The Verbal Arts Centre is situated on the historic walled city of Derry/Londonderry. It is a specialist centre for the development of literacy through creative activities where literacy is defined as the ability to read, write, communicate ( talking & listening ) and comprehend.
