Ten Stories High

Ten Stories High is a cross community intergenerational project funded by the Derry Community Safety Partnership. Participants from an interface area worked to create Digital Stories representing their views on: attitudes, opportunities, housing, community areas, safety on the streets, transport and intercommunity violence.

Community Safety

Following on from the success of Ten Stories High, the Verbal Arts Centre is working with a group from The Blind Centre to look at the safety issues they face living, working and socializing in Derry.

The Verbal Arts Centre is also working on a pilot programme with Omagh Community Safety Partnership to introduce issues of community safety in primary schools in the Omagh area.
