Youth and Elderly Groups at the Diamond Centre launch 2007 Calendar

The Inside Out Programme for young people and the Diamond Diners older people group have launched a calendar of photographs from Claudy and the surrounding area. This calendar is available from the Diamond Centre on the Barnailt Road.

Entitled “Times have Changed” the calendar features old and new photographs of places and faces in Claudy. Some of the new photographs are of schoolchildren from Cumber Claudy and St. Colmcilles Primary Schools, others feature members of the Inside Out and Diamond Diner clubs both based at the Diamond Centre and highlight a few of the many activities that these groups participate in with quotes from participants.

The finished product is a tremendous success and a fitting tribute to the hard work put in by all the staff at the Diamond Centre with the various groups based there.
