The aim behind this initiative is to ‘create an exhibition and catalogue interpreting the diversity of culture in Derry City, as expressed through literature’, for the imagination of authors may be the best available device when we seek a suitable compass. The purpose of this exhibition and publication is to signal the rich and diverse language, arts and culture as that has been expressed by those entering, being born and living in or leaving the city.
